I've borrowed a lot of concepts well beyond Xs and Os from the coaches that I  have studied and admire. John Wooden's focus on teaching and relationships, Pete Carroll's emphasis on fun and competition and Mike Krzyzewski's demand for structure, discipline and execution, just to name a few. While it is a ton of effort, I consider myself fortunate to step out on that practice field every August 1st."
